Arctic Glacier employs more than 1,200 people year-round, with an increase to more than 2,500 employees during the summer to meet the increased seasonal demand for our products. The success of the company depends on the efforts of every one of these employees. We have an incredible base of industry knowledge within the company, as our management and operations people have hundreds of years of combined experience. The majority of our management team are also unitholders, which means that increasing unitholder value is a priority throughout the company.
