ARCTIC GLACIER APPOINTS NEW VP OF ACQUISITIONS & INTEGRATION
WINNIPEG, September 18, 2003 - Arctic Glacier Income Fund (TSX-AG.UN)
today announced that Keith F. Burrows has been appointed Vice President,
Acquisitions & Integration.
This new appointment adds to the senior executive team an additional
emphasis on ensuring a disciplined and highly effective acquisition
strategy coupled with the smooth and successful integration of new
acquisitions into company operations.
Mr. Burrows had a very successful 30 year career with Bristol Aerospace
Limited, a division of Rolls Royce Industries, culminating in serving
as President from 1992 to 1997. Prior to accepting his new role
with the Fund, Mr. Burrows was President and Chief Executive Officer
of Acetek Composites Inc. He has also served as Chairman of the
Board of eZedia Inc. since 2000.

In keeping with modern corporate governance practices to ensure
the independence of the Board and Management, Mr. Burrows has resigned
as a Trustee and a Director of Arctic Glacier. Mr. Burrows has been
a Trustee of the Fund since March 2002 and a Director of Arctic
Glacier Inc., the Fund's operating company, since 1996.
