ARCTIC TO LIST ON THE TSE

The Arctic Group Inc., operating principally as Arctic Glacier packaged ice, has received conditional approval to list its Common Shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Arctic Group Inc. has been trading on the Alberta Stock Exchange (now the Canadian Venture Exchange) since April 9, 1997.
