October 15, 1998 - Winnipeg, Manitoba - Further to its July 23, 1998 news release, The Arctic Group Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Morrison Ice Limited of Hamilton, Ontario. Morrison Ice Limited services the Burlington, Hamilton and Niagara Peninsula areas of Ontario.

The acquisition of Morrison Ice Limited has been completed through a combination of cash, debt and shares. The acquisition of Morrison Ice further enables The Arctic Group Inc. to service accounts on a national basis.
