Arctic Glacier Income Fund has established a distribution reinvestment
and optional unit purchase plan to offer eligible registered holders
and beneficial owners of trust units of the Fund a convenient method
to reinvest monthly distributions on Trust Units declared and payable
to them, and make optional cash payments to be invested in additional
Trust Units. The details of the plan are provided in the link to
the plan booklet below. Arctic Glacier Income Fund (the "fund") announced September 16, 2008 an indefinite suspension of its monthly cash distributions to unitholders. The change was effective following the August 2008 distribution.
